My greatest strength is Single Speed, Custom Bicycle Wheel Building. I usually hand build 100 plus, custom bicycle wheelsets a year, with a focus on single speed bicycle wheels. With winter fast approaching (and plenty of time on my hands), I have decided to offer my services on the internet, and will ship anywhere in the United States for $40.00
You can’t beat a good set of handmade, Single speed bike wheels. I use DT Swiss, Stainless, 14 or 15 gauge spokes with Dimension Hubs, Velocity Rims, Cartridge Bearings and Brass Nipples to produce a high quality 32 to 36 spoke, "3 Cross" laced wheelset (these wheels will last a lifetime). For $339.95 you get a quality, custom built, set of wheels that will stay true and ride smoothly (I offer a choice of silver or black finish).
Wheels are the most crucial component on a bicycle. If your bike wheels are heavy and out of true, you just can’t enjoy the ride, and the wheels won’t dissipate the shock and road vibration properly.
